I hosted a baby shower here. It is such a beautiful restaurant that has a cute country rustic vibe. We rented the room upstairs, which fit 45 people seated. There are narrow stairs that go upstairs and there is no elevator, so I would not recommend if you have anyone in your party that requires handicap accessibility. The room was very cute and had its own bar, perfect to host a bridal or baby shower! The food menu has high end farm to table options that were delicious. We served the chicken and waffles, smash burgers, shrimp and grits and French toast. Everyone was served at the table. The food did come out in waves so some people did not receive their food until 15 minutes after others, which felt a bit clunky. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend to others to host their event!

Update: Still love this place! We ended up coming back for my birthday and went during happy hour—such a great choice. Karston and Kasey at the bar were absolutely amazing. They were the perfect team making their signature Bloom cocktail and even tailoring it to my taste. Super engaging, extremely friendly, and they really make you feel special. We started with the crab cakes, which were very good, but I definitely would’ve liked more than two. The shrimp and grits were also delicious—just could’ve used a bit more andouille sausage to make it perfect. The short rib was fantastic as well, though the sauce was a little strong, almost vinegar-forward, but the mashed potatoes helped balance it out. I had the salmon on my last visit and it’s still my favorite dish so far. For dessert, we ordered the crème brûlée and the beignets. On their own, both were great, but together they tasted like a secret menu item—they had no business pairing that well. Overall, this is still one of my favorite places to go and that won’t be changing anytime soon. Great food + great service every time. Whoever hired those two behind the bar deserves a raise. Original post: We discovered Bloom in Chester Springs while going out for our 21st anniversary, and wow—what an amazing find! It’s southern comfort food with a flair, and the decor strikes the perfect balance between homey and chic (and they have the nicest restaurant bathroom I’ve ever seen). Happy hour is definitely the way to go here—you can snag great deals on both food and drinks. Our waitress/bartender Emily was an absolute gem—super sweet, friendly, and attentive. She chatted with us throughout the evening and made a killer mojito. We started with the Nashville deviled eggs, which had a unique seasoning twist that really set them apart. I had the Florida Mango Salmon, quite possibly the best salmon I’ve ever eaten—I’m dying to know the seasoning they use! My husband got the Pimento Cheese Double Smashburger, and it was out of this world. For dessert, the strawberry shortcake bread pudding was very good, but the monkey bread was next-level amazing. Great atmosphere, fantastic service, and unforgettable food—we’ll definitely be back!

This place was very cute! My best friend and I do a girls day every month and we always try new places and Bloom was our place of choice this time! The atmosphere was great! A very laid back yet classy place! The food was great. I highly recommend the Brussels sprouts! One thing we found out upon arriving was that they recommend reservations on Sundays because they tend to have larger parties on Sundays. Our server Jean was a rockstar. She had multiple tables, including some larger parties. She was very attentive, upbeat, and she knew the menu like the back of her hand and also offered recommendations. Superb job Ms. Jean! While I loved the fact that this establishment uses fresh ingredients (also, everything is made from scratch) and purchases from local suppliers, the quality of the food was good, I do however, feel as though it was a little on the pricey side. Overall it was a great experience. I do suggest to make sure if you are going to stop in on a Sunday, to make sure you have time. Because of all of the tables and the large parties that were there while we were, we waited at least 30+ minutes for our food. That would be my only “complaint”. Give it a try and see what you think!

This was our second time here and we will be back! Came in for brunch on Valentine’s Day, and despite a packed restaurant, Jean (our server) was amazing. Pleasant, and didn’t miss a beat. Had the NoLa BBQ shrimp again and the delicious Chai and Mighty Mocktail, that even my Old Fashioned drinking husband loved. Come and visit! You won’t regret it, especially since now they have Happy Hour Monday -Friday. Which is even more exciting for me as a mocktail lover, bc they do them so well!

If you’re looking for the best selection of bourbon and expertly crafted cocktails in the tri-state area, this place is a must-visit. The bar has an incredible variety of bourbons ranging from well-known favorites to rare finds, and the bartenders clearly know their craft. They even have the Widow Jane Black Opal Bourbon. Every cocktail is balanced, creative, and made with real attention to detail. The food is just as impressive. Their farm-to-table Southern-style dishes are packed with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From classic comfort staples to elevated Southern favorites, everything tastes authentic and thoughtfully prepared. Will definitely be back.

Everything here is top tier from the attentive staff to the incredible food. I stopped in for happy hour and tried the crab cakes, deviled eggs, baked mac & cheese, and biscuits! Each dish was packed with flavor. Diana was absolutely superb, a phenomenal woman who made the experience even better. John was a great manager!

Great Southern food, the fried green tomatoes and shrimp and grits are a must try. Get the bread pudding for dessert as well. Helen, our server was hands down the best server I’ve ever had at any restaurant I’ve visited. She was attentive to any need or question, knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients, warm and welcoming, and provided great suggestions. Highly recommend this restaurant and its staff!
